I am originally from Dublin and now live in Naas, Co. Kildare. I am married with 2 daughters and 1 son.

I hold a B.Sc. in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have also studied and hold diplomas in Counselling and Gestalt Therapy. Other studies have included specialised courses in Couple Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused (Brief) Therapy, and Psychosynthesis for couples. I also practice Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

I have many years of experience in the field of Counselling and Psychotherapy and have previously practised in Dublin both as a Counsellor and Counselling Supervisor and now here in Naas, Co. Kildare. My work is equally divided between Marriage and Relationship (Couple) Counselling and General (Individual) Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I am an accredited member of the following organisations:
Irish Institute of Cognitive and Humanistic Psychotherapy (IICHP)

The National Association for Pastoral Counselling and Psychotherapy (NAPCP)
